What exactly is the advantage of this? Believe me, I'm a Linux person, but I'd like my phone to run more like a Mac, with software built specifically for the phone's hardware, and therefore more reliable and smooth. Phones just don't have the processing power to run very well on a universal system unless their hardware is the same.
