Very-slow-download-speeds-vista

Hello, im using windows vista-32 bit on my laptop and im using utorrent to download files, the problem is that as of today i can only download
at speeds of 0.4 kbps, before today i was able to download at 500 kbps, i dont really understand how to port forward either, also my router is a bt homehub 2.0. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You might just need to reset your router? It's possible that if you torrented for a long duration of time your router could have undergone a packet overflow and now needs to be reset. Also, maybe you should call your ISP and see if you're getting a signal from outside. Average reading I believe should be around -2 to -5 dB. I could be a bit off though.
