Solved! Video card for inspiron b120

I have a used Dell Insprion B120, last night the screen went black. When you turn it on you see the Dell logo and then the screen fades black again. I am told I need a video card. Do you think this is true and where can I find one.

As far as you can tell, is it booting into Windows? If it is booting into Windows, then I would assume it has something to do with the onboard graphics. If not, there is another issue.
