Video editing pc under $700

I want to buy a desktop pc under $700 and its mostly for video editing and some gaming. It does not matter if the keyboard or the mouse is included or not. I do NOT want to build one. Also I need this ASAP so please help! I'm a newbie! (windows 8/8.1 preferred)
