Video games for my friend

Hey, I was wondering if anyone could help me? My friend is getting an xbox one soon, and I am trying to figure out games that we can play. We are in the lower teens and looking for games that are fun and not too childish. I am mostly into call of duty and fps but he is not allowed to have "violent" games like those. So far I have found rocket league and ever snooped down to minecraft. But I would like your help if you could help me find better games that aren't rated M. Once again thank you.

This website has a good list of co-op games you can play: http/www.co-optimus.com/games.php. Just filter by xbox one and look check the rating of ESRB of what your friend is allowed to play.
