Video recording not working-S3 mini

i can take photos using my camera, but when i switch to video recording am getting a message RECORDING FAILED

I would suspect you may not have enough memory to store the videos, as one possible issue.

Have you contacted your wireless carrier for assistance? Also, is you phone's firmware up to date?
