Video stuttering? GPU issue?

Brand new Lenovo laptop.

Specs:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834317542

Using Windows 8.1. Everything on the laptop seems fine, but whenever I'm using Flash to watch a video, the picture freezes every several seconds for about 2 seconds. The audio continues to play. Most prominently occurs on YouTube. Very annoying considering this example: I was following a Dance Dance Revolution video and with the constant freezes, it made it unbearable. Generally annoying and reinstalling Flash did nothing.

Is it the GPU? HDD? Memory maybe? Most likely suspect here?

Thanks.

What web browser are you using? Sometimes I've noticed that flash works better on say Chrome than say Firefox or IE for certain things. Also make sure your GPU drivers are up to date. In your case download them from Nvidia and Intel's websites as playback can be effected by your GPU driver as well.

Sorry, I forgot to mention. I am using the latest version of Firefox, flash, and the drivers are up to date. Maybe it's Firefox?
