VIDEO TDR Failure

I bought a new laptop yesterday..(Windows 10 installed) and when I open MS EXCEL application ,appears blue screen saying VIDEO TDR FAILURE ,then computer restarted. It's happen with all MS office package and MAP ,GAMES in Windows 10. My computer has AMD graphic card, please help me. Why this happen with my new laptop? Is my laptop broken or may I have to return it back?

If this is a brand new device, take it back and have them give you one that is functioning properly. No new device should give such problems.
