Videos playing slowly

I am having Dell Studio 1450 with ATI Radeon 4530 512mb, windows 7 home premium
When I try to play some X264 encoded bluray rip videos, the video is playing very slowly like slow motion.
It is not happening with all the videos, only a few. I am using VLC player for viewing movies.
I tried installing KLite mega codec pack & watched in Windows media player & installed latest VLC player. No use.
Installed latest video drivers, no use. please help!

is there any problem with ripping software ,
VLC & KLite are excellent GPL tools,

i you have the source Bluray disk, try to rip it again with some other rippers
