View another comuter(connected via lan) screen on my computer without their knowledge

i want to view another computer screen (which is connected in lan) on my computer. i used teamviewer . but it is done with the user knowledge. please recommend any software which can perform this.

hey dude. you thought me wrong. i already mentioned this for only lan connected computers. These all the computers is my own property.just i wanna check my workers state on computer.

It is still illegal in many countries to spy on workers like this. And there is no question that it is immoral to invade someone's privacy in this way.

I still don't think you can do this on a work network without letting the employees know that you will occasionally be monitoring them.

I want something for exactly that seeing my kids use computers in school and being 9 and 12 years old, I want to keep a discreet eye on them.
