vintage pioneer stereo

I have a vintage pioneer home steereo
cx-4000 amp
m-4000 reciever
pd-f907 cd player
ct-w205r cassette
the amp and reciever burnt out and was going to use a pioneer m-770 and cx-770 to connect the
system up. will this work? will it sound the decent ? what differences should i expect?
any info appreciated

The old power amp is surround sound but if you are just going stereo the new gear will be fine,

I don't think you will notice much difference but it will depend on the speakers.

I have a question you know how to hook you phone up to the cx770 and m770 system

You can connect the headphone out of your phone to any input on the CX4000. A stereo mini plug to 2 RCA plug cable is all you need. You could also connect a bluetooth receiver to any input and go wireless.
