Solved! VirtualBox - only showing 32bit systems even though I have a 64-bit pc?

I already googled this and nothing solved my issue. I have a 64-bit based pc and processor. I have enabled Virtualization Technology on my BIOS and restarted / powered off etc. I have also tried to disable "Hyper-V", but it's not shown on Windows 10.

I have also:
- Reinstalled VirtualBox
- Tried updating .NET framework
- Repairing the installation

I know my system can run it, as a while ago I used to have VirtualBox and it worked fine, but currently it's not working as intended


Any ideas?

Toward the end it appears that there may be a fix via the registry.

However, editing the registry is risky so take all of the recommended precautions before doing so.
