Solved! Virus that BitDefender isn't finding; Won't let me update windows

I tried going into windows security and it's absent. The only thing it says is "security at a glance". Whatever this is, it won't let me update Windows 10. I've tried running it in safe mode and it's the same. My CPU, Disk Space and Memory fluctuate to 100% at different times. I can't troubleshoot because it tells me I need to be connected to internet. When I try to delete temporary files, it has a message that says, "an administrator has disabled the storage service on this system." Then a popup comes up and says "Exception processing message 0xc0000005 - Unexpected parameters. I own Bit Defender's highest security package, and I can't run it in safe mode.

Please, I need help and I don't know what to do.

Thank you in advance

I will get pictures if needed.

Search on the Internet for "Offline Virus Scanners" on another computer. You need to make a bootable USB (again, on another computer) and boot your computer from that. Microsoft used to have one, but I don't know if they still offer it. However, if I were you I would reinstall windows using a clean install that deletes everything on the drive. You first need to backup your data (be careful with what you choose as you don't want to backup the virus! Make sure you have a way to reinstall all your software programs.
Made an bootable install USB (on another computer!)

Or if you want more handholding look at the following:
Create an install USB. Do this by following the steps at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10). Select the option to make media for another computer.
OR---https://www.howtogeek.com/714130/how-to-install-windows-10-from-a-usb-drive/ if you want more details. Chose the option to completely wipe your hard drive.

You need to think about where the virus came from. If you are on a network, it may be living there. I assume your Windows 10 is always up to date (MS kind of enforces that).

I have a sneaking suspicion that it might be on the network. What should I do if that's the case? Also, this virus is preventing windows from updating.

If you have a virus spreading through your network, that is a job for a pro. Also, a virus can't prevent windows from updating if you make a boot USB as I described (unless the virus is a BIOS virus which is very rare.
