I knnow Sprint does not work in germany but can I sent text messages back
to computers or cell phones in the USA. Can I send pictures?

Nope. For one, I don't think there's a CDMA provider in
Germany, so your SPCS phone won't work at all.

Then again, even if it did, neither would SMS or
PictureMail the way we implement it.

Can people send texts and pictures from German cell phones to SPCS phones?

I've seen nothing to say so. So far, the only information we've
received is about other countries running some form of CDMA
technology.

Doesn't mean it won't work. Only that no one has told us it's been
successful.

I'm pretty sure the air interface doesn't make a difference.

Most cellular customers can TXT customers of other carriers without worrying
about whether the other carrier is CDMA or GSM or TDMA.
