Visual C++ Redistributable 2005/2008/2010/2012

Hi, I try to clean my laptop and i see that i have a lot of Visual C++ Redistributable versions installed on my pc, can i delete older versions and keep the newest or keep them all? By the way I use Windows 8.1

Deleting them can cause certain programs/games to stop working. So keep them.
