Hi,
Just wondering if someone could help me, I've contacted Garmin regarding this issue but they can't resolve it either. I've had my VivoActive HR for a week now and I still can't get smart notifications, I switched on every setting on the 'Connect' App and my phone, but nothing is still working. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, am i missing a step or is there something hidden in the phone settings blocking notifications?

If Smart Notifications includes the use of RADAR to be notified of speed cameras or traps, you may be in a country that forbids those devices by law so Garmin turns it off before shipping the device to an address or a store in that country. In your case, it may be a State or territory law.
