Solved! Vizio D48-DO

I have a Vizio TV D48-D0 the tv powers on the back-light comes on but there is no picture I press the menu button and nothing when I power it on the Vizio symbol doesn't appear or anything the tv screen lights up comes on flashes and just stays on whta could I change to fix the issue Please any help? Thank You.

is the picture white or dark?

remove all cable connections and other devices from the TV ports

Unplug it from power source, press the power button on the TV for about 30seconds, try powering on again

I tried that it is not giving me anything just the back screen that is lit up no menu pops up no vizio symbol nothing only powers up
