Vizio E701i-a3 no power

My television makes a loud pop, then the power goes out. If it unplugged and plugged back in it will work for several hours, then same loud pop and no power. Any ideas?

You should take it in for service ASAP, that pop is something in the power supply failing. In fact, it's already failed and will eventually stop 'coming back', and by then it could have caused a LOT more damage. It can also be a fire hazard.

Thanks, I took the back off and found 2 capacitors on the power supply had blown. Ordered 2 new power supplies since the only ones available are harvested.
