Solved! Vizio lcd fuses

I have a Vizio e65u-d3 tv. Its only 16 months old but it os blowing fued in the ps board . I am im the process pf cheching yje individual componets.I canmt plug it in with out blowing a fures and vizio will not provide me with the prints or service manual so any help is appreciated.

Just buy the replacement board

They generally replace boards and send the bad ones back to be refurbished. There may not even be a service manual or print outside of China.
