Vizio M50-C1 display issues (Jumping/Flickering screen every few moments) please help

The image is ghosting, flickering, jumping or however you want to describe it every few seconds (intermittently). I am looking for a fix for this TV.

I have already replaced a bulging capacitor and (Somewhat) attempted to refurbish the T-con board through a scrub with some 91% rubbing alcohol.

Every time the screen goes bad the T-Con board makes a slight buzzing sound which can be heard from the rear side of the television. I found this TV on the side of the road and i'd like to fix it if possible since it's 4k.

Well, I fixed it. I used a strip of masking tape and put it 2-3 of the connectors on the ribbon strips going from the T-con board to the screen itself. I moved this tape around until I found the correct spot and it no longer has any interference. I think the issue has something to do with static electricity building up very fast in these models, almost as soon as you turn it on and causing it to have issues.
