vizio "smart tv" (NOT really), will stream amazon prime videos fine, but if it says I own this video it means it is an HBO on Amazon video and it hangs when loading yet plays both on laptop and on another fully robust smart TV. so weird. have reset vizio. have 15 mbps download speed most days. It is def. the vizio tv.

Indeed not the smartest TV.
I would suggest you call Amazon. Vizio is a very popular brand so they may know what the problem is.
