Vizio soundbar no sound

Hi - I have a Vizio s3851w-D4 sounder that was working fine for the past month and then one morning - nothing.

Checked all connections & volume/mute - everything OK

Tried the speaker test - nothing.

Tried pairing to iphone via bluetooth - pairing successful but no sound.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Did you try a power cycle? Check to make sure the input source on the soundbar is set to the right input you are using?
