Question Vizio v555-g1 won't power on

Picked up this TV from the side of the road about 4 days ago. The man that threw it out said it got hit by lightning roughly a week ago. Plugged cable it and got 120 volts on my multimeter but no standby voltage on power board. Got replacement today and swapped out. Still no standby light but the heat sink on the main board is putting off heat. Could it be the actual screen or am I missing something?
