W7 appears on my 905 (side car) but when I try to tune in digital
channels, only W7-6 is available. Moving up or down on the channel
selection does not increment or decrement the channels.

What is wrong with my 905 ?

What digital channels on W7? There are none.
The three digit channels that appear in the IPG
on W7 are analog audio subcarriers.

Park it on G0-13; with power button turned off, unplug it for 5
minutes, then replug it back in, and let it sit overnight.

The IPG indicated this information on W7:

W7 995 - ColTlk
W7 956 - CbandTlk
W7 973 - Wokie

How do I tune these in and how can I tell the difference between sub
audio carriers and digital channels?

By the way, thanks...

Those are analog subcarriers. You need to tune them in using
your analog receiver. If you don't know the settings they can
be found at Lyngsat

Analog audio subcarriers are usually in the 950's - 980's

If a channel is in the 900's and you cannot get to that channel
number on the 905 it probably is an analog subcarrier.
