The Creative Aurvana and the Audio Technica ATH-M40x are your best choices. The Sennheiser 280 has great sound but a lot of people complain of its weight. For the Status one im not really sure. I own the ATH-M40x and it has great sound quality, all of Creatives products are very good too.

I would also add the Sennheiser HD 429s and the Sennhseiser HD 380 Pro.

Hope this helps!

IMO, the Creatives are the best of what's listed here. It's always best to demo headphones if possible though, since you may not like them.

What do you plan on using these for?

The creative aurvana live! are a very fun bassy sounding headphone that are comfortable unless you have big ears. I haven't heard the m40x, but the hd 380 was better than the hd280, and are easily more comfortable with less clamp.
