want to activate webTV

Hello I bought an Acer All In One AZ3771 desktop computer from the shopping channel 5 years ago.....I had not used it till now. Everything works except that I don't know how to set up the IPTV free channels.....There is a black remote in the box , but no information on this??

WebTV has not been around since 2001 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MSN_TV What happens when you try to start the program? Nothing came with the computer for manuals? Is there a help program in Windows or in the TV program?

This is a 2012 Acer All-In -One AZ3771.....the papers in the box were good for all the rest and I I looked in the windows help under ACER.......I want to watch the free TV channels that are in the internet signal......It came with an ESSENTIAL SUITE CD and a black remote that only has arrows on it , so I think that remote must be to control the " media centre displayed ".......btw which program did you mean ?

You just want to watch streaming videos or setup some TV program that came with your computer? If you want to just watch streaming videos, the web site of the TV channels would have those, many are free. There is also Hulu for $10 or less a month, tons of shows on that. You were asking about WebTV which may not be what you actually want to setup since that specific service has been gone for a while. If you want to watch actual TV you will need a TV Tuner in the system and will need to connect your cable to that (if you use a cable service), there should be a program installed on the computer for the tuner. If not, you need to find out what model tuner you have and download the program for that from the vendor of the tuner.
