Solved! Want to record 3 or 4 c922 webcams simultaneously

I am recording from Logitech c922 webcams onto a single PC. I am hoping to record a green screen scene form 3 or 4 angles. In the ideal world I want to:

1. trigger the recording of all webcams at the same moment so they are synchronised
2. record all webcam feeds at the same time to hard drive

if possible 3) start the recording and name the clip from a desktop shortcut (ie clip01start.exe) to start recording clip01 (so can re recorded over for scene retakes
I want all the webcams recorded so I can edit later.
What software would be suitable for this?
