Want to save pics from deactivated LG Env2

I'm trying to save pictures from my deactivated LG Env2. If I insert a MicroSD card will pics automatically save to card? Or am I out of luck since phone is deactivated?

It will not save automatically. Being deactivated should not be a problem, so long as your phone still turns on and is actually functional outside of making calls and such.
