wanting to fix my bios problem

how can i fix my bios problem when i turn on my laptop it always goes to a page wanting to press f1 and f2 to proceed.

I believe that's indicating you had IDE activated in BIOS, and no device attached via IDE (or SATA activated & no device attached via SATA).

Enter your BIOS, establish what type of connection you are using & disable the other. Should fix the problem.
