Way to Search for Laptops with Minimum Specs?

Hi. My girlfriend will be going to university to study Interior Design in September and I've been tasked with coming up with a selection of laptops for her to choose between. I was wondering if there's a website that'll allow me to specify minimum specs for the laptop and make my job a bit easier.

pcpartpicker is a good example of the kind of thing I'm hoping for.

Youll want www.newegg.com, select
>PCs & Laptops
>Laptops / Notebooks
from the dropdown menu on the main site.

On the left see "ALL Laptops / Notebooks"
click that.

Now on the left again we see "Power Search" in small font underneath a header saying "Narrow Your Choices"

I'm not sure what the budget is, to be honest. Her parents are buying it for her but she's not sure what they're prepared to pay, so I was planning on picking out a few at different prices.
