Web cam ip address remote access

Hello,
Can I turn on my laptop's built in web cam remotely and see it on my iphone? it is a lenovo laptop, if so how?

You can download Jumi from the app store, that allows you to turn webcam on and off remotely, (3G and Wi-Fi) there is a small program that you need to download to pc first, but you can hide it at start up if needed.
