I don't know anything about it, so I only give some tips.

Start your browser, search with different search engines and use different phrases:

Software to set webcam to full screen

Software to watch webcam full screen

And so on.

You will find a lot of links to go for!

What I would advice is see a lot of them and screen copy the options/futures of the programs and how they look like. Or save the webpage, I use FireFox for this, it has an extention for .MAFF (Mozilla Archive Format) format and works very wel. Put these in separated software named folder/maps and look ad it again. Than choose the one you want and need, download it and enjoy!
