I was accessing http://www.archonwokf.com/ to download World Of Kung Fu.
I could access the site this morning but right now I get an 'Access Denied' Error message. It asks me to enter a captcha to prove Im a human so that I can be added to the whitelist because some 'suspicious' activity was detected on my computer. I havent entered anything

I started MSConfig to see if there was anything suspicious. I want clarifications on below mentioned things in the Services tab
Application Identity---Microsoft---Stopped
Application Layer Gateway Service---Microsoft---Stopped
ActiveX Installer(AxInstAV)---Microsoft---Stopped
BitLocker Drive Encryption Service---Microsoft---Stopped
Computer Browser---Microsoft---Stopped
Bluetooth Support Service---Microsoft---Stopped
Certificate Propagation---Stopped
Microsoft .Net Framework NGen---Stopped
Com+ System Application --- Stopped
Disk Defrag---Stopped
Wired AutoConfig---Stpped
Encrypting File System --- Stopped
there are others that are stopped too but does this indicate malicious activity?

I have MBAM and MSE and both are updated
HELP!

Run a spyware and virus scan, not just msconfig.

If you did not enter the captcha to connect, why don't you and see if that works.

Also using a proxy server can cause issues, connect normally and see if that works. The proxy server could be sending out multiple requests to that site which can see it as an attack.

You did say you used a proxy server.

"I used a proxy server to access the site"

Try again in a bit, if that's the only site with the issues, contact the site support.
