Having this weird pops up in the phone? Anyone able to assist? They just like pop up once in a while, or after i delete something...

Seems to me like an app on your phone is allowing ads on the phone. You would have to check the permissions for your apps to see which one is doing it. Then decide if it is worth keeping the app, since it will continue to show you ads.

You can check the permissions in "Settings" then "Apps". Go to "All" and tap the app you want to check. Scroll down beyond the clear options and it should list all the permissions the app has. Repeat this with all the apps you want to check.
