Weird virus lost hope to kill it

Some virus or malware called virtuosos completely hijacked my computer. Can't access directorys explorer.exe don't work can't download anything as it crashed chrome upon opening malware bytes can't find it. Regedit didn't do anything system restore is inaccessible. No hope in sight plz help when running chrome it opens something called Schiff.exe and crypto.exe seriously no idea how to eliminate this bs

If you have data that must be recovered, you might boot from any of the assorted Live CDs, or, you could make an attempt at disinfection by making a bootable MS Defender USB/CD (Kaspersky has a good one as well) from a non-infected PC...

If disinfection does not work, grab your install media (or make one), and quick format/reinstall over the C: Drive...

Had to use a disc to reinstall windows and reformat my hard drives

Formatting/reinstalling is therapeutic and good practice, and at least this way you *know* the malware is gone!
