Well my head phones they work but then i listen to music and they only play the like i guess u could say the background music

headphones will play whatever audio you pass through them. they might sound horrible, but they will play it.

since it seems like you are getting only audio without vocals perhaps your device is set up to output in 5.1 and you are getting the left/right front channel audio only? make sure it is set to stereo output so it is only 2 channel audio.

Cheap headphone = poor sound quality.

Need to manage your expectations or buy better headphones.
