what about dell 5521 core i5 for gaming and graphics ? and compare with samsung sf511

Both will do very poorly at both tasks do to the integrated Intel HD video card. For gaming and most graphics programs you want a decent dedicated graphics card and you aren't going to find that in a budget model laptop.
