What app can I use for syncing video and audio
I have took the video in phone now there is a lot of disturbance due to air and other disturbances so want to record and sync the audio separately
What app can I use to overcome this problem(or fixture)

I believe Windows Movie Maker has a timeline feature for audio and video. It's very basic, but will get the job done. If you are only trying to sync, and not be a ton of edits and effects, then it should be good for you.

Using Windows Movie Maker, if you have the audio and video files separate from each other, you should be able to sync them how you please. If you are trying to correct out-of-sync audio embedded in a video, I do not believe that software has that functionality.
