What are software issues due to?

Im thinking of getting a Dell xps 13 but I see a lot of reviews saying that it has software issues. What are software issues due to? Are they due to Windows 10, like actually softwares issues from software, or, from the laptop itself? Is dell responsible?

Can software issues be fixed by updating or reinstalling? Or do I have to get a new laptop?

Actually if you're getting a laptop that has Windows 10 chances are yes it's because of it. Based from my experience Windows 10 still has a lot of glitches. If you're going to get a laptop I would suggest not something that has Windows 10 in it as an advice. Go with a laptop that has Windows 7 or Windows 8.1.

But the windows 7 and 8.1 ones are not the newest version. I am looking for the newest model of laptops and win 10 are the only ones with new laptop models and i7 6th gen.
