Stuff like logitech and turtle beach aren't really the best for gaming. By gaming I mean FPS. By FPS I mean Counter Strike Global Offensive.

I would recommend headphones over headsets. Headsets are stupid expensive just because they have a crappy mic attached to them. From my experience, the audio technica ad700s have the best sound for directional audio, hearing player's footsteps, where gunshots come from, etc. http://www.amazon.com/Audio-Technica-ATH-AD700X-Audiophile-Headphones/dp/B009S332TQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1432067246&sr=8-1&keywords=audio+technica+ad+700 If you want something a bit cheaper I would go with sennheiser hd 518s. Those are the best you can get for under 80 bucks. http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-HD-518-Headphones-Black/dp/B0042A68R8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1432067213&sr=8-1&keywords=sennheiser+hd+518
Get yourself any mic, a cheap one will do just fine
Of course, headphones are subjective, but in my opinion those two are the best of the best. The audio techincas work especially well with CSGO

The AD 700s are great for competitive FPS play, however are not ideal for your average user. From Mad Lust Envy's review over at Head-Fi:

"Spectacular for FPS games. Great detail in the mids and energetic treble. Soundstage is the biggest of any headphone I have heard in Dolby Headphone mode (including the K701). Everything sounds just so crystal clear and sparkly. Directional accuracy is just bloody fantastic (2nd only to the DT770 Pro 80s for me). If you want a headphone that just murders practically everything else for FPS games, the AD700s is that headphone. They are really bass light. That is their biggest issue. Bass is so light, it sounds like a tin can attempting to sound like a subwoofer. Just no bass, lol. So for immersive, non-competitive gaming, these aren't going to impress. The treble can also be quite grating and harsh. They also sound somewhat artificial, so don't expect accurate and realistic sounds coming from this headphone.

Comfort-wise, the pads are super comfortable, but the cans are way too loose for some people, and your ears may touch the drivers which a shock prone person like me couldn't handle anymore".

That's an excellent point. I would definitely recommend the sennheisers if you plan on doing anything other than gaming with these headphones. If I could I would get some beyerdynamics but I am unfortunately not shitting money at the moment
