What are the best speakers for a PC under $70?

I am building my first PC and would like to know the best pair of speakers under $70.

if you raised your budget a bit you could certainly benefit. products such as the m-audio av30, mackie cr3, and similar are great.

for only $70? i would have to say likely something like b652s + lepai 2020 amp.
