Currently I have a system with an i7-3770 and gtx 670. But my uncle bought me a Rtx 3080. So should I use it with my current system or Should I sell it to Buy an Overall better System

it would be nice to know the rest of the system. But i agree with the above poster. You already got the most expensive part the gpu which are very high right now.
You could definitely do with a new cpu which there are several good choices out there. I can guess a new ssd might be a good idea, one that goes directly onto MB. 16gb of memory would be good as well.
