Question what can i do to boot into my mecer z140c

my laptop is not booting into windows it is only displaying the mecer company name. and if it happens that it boots in when it switches off or if you restart it it wont boot again, please help me what might be the problem(s)

Windows, HDD, RAM, heat, power supply,...

First you can try booting with a bootable USB drive (use windows media creation tool to prepare one)

Check the RAM by using memtest.org usb autoinstaller, it´s a bootable usb drive as well

Check the HDD using e.g. the ultimate boot cd and run tests with the /HDD/Diagnosis tools

Can you get into the BIOS of the laptop? Is a temperature info there? How hot is it?

i tried to boot with a usb but its not picking it.
temperature is fine but i cannot get into the bios
