What device is more powerful(in gaming performance) : Tablet or Playstation 2 ?

You really can't compare these devices directly as their technologies are so different and they were designed to do different things. A lot of "which is better" depends on how you are comparing them. An argument can be made that they are all better than the others in some way.

What decision are you really trying to make?

The tablet will let you do so many more things than either gaming system. Of the 3, it offers the most flexibility, to include some gaming.

Is it technically possible? Yes.

Is it likely? I doubt it. The PS2 is rather old, especially when you consider that the PS4 is about to hit the market.
