Solved! what do i do when my nokia 3 screen is blank but the phone is on

I have had my nokia 3 for a week and my screen is blank but the phone is on. What do I do?

First step is to remove the battery for a few minutes, plug it back in and try again. If still no screen, contact where you got it from or Nokia for warranty support.
