What do you think about SAMSUNG laptops?

My friend was looking for a best-cpu-gpu-budget laptop for medium-settings games and stuff, and I helped him and found this samsung laptop:

What do you guys think? What are your thoughts?

He can't decide between this one and ACER:

i go with ACER rather than Samsung
(bcz they are new to laptops when compared to other players like acer , toshiba, dell ,hp .. in laptops specification s is not the first issue.. better cpu cooling, hardware toughness , nearest service center,features like stopping your hdd rotation if it felt sudden move or drop(i forget the name)
