What do you think of these laptops?

Ok, I've been looking for a laptop with 4gb of ram or more, 500gb hdd or more, and a decent processor. Basically for watching movies and for college stuff.
I have found two that i might consider buying:

Acer Aspire 5552
15.6 inch
AMD Phenom II X4 N950 Processor,
6 GB RAM ,
640 GB HDD
approx €478

Lenovo G570
15.6 inch
Intel i5 2430M 2.4GHz,
RAM 6GB,
HDD 750GB
approx €566

So what do you think of Acer and Lenovo? Also what do you think of the two processors compared to each other? Which do you think is better value or should I just keep looking?

The older style AMD quad runs hot, and doesn't last as long on the battery as you'd expect. And it doesn't quite reach the performance level of more recent laptops.
The Lenovo G570 seems to be priced higher than it should be.

OK, the Lenovo link is showing £480 (about what I expected) which is around €566 so the price is OK. It should be less than €566 since you won't pay UK VAT?
