what does a 1-3-4-3 beep code mean? lenovo ideapad s10

when i push the power button i get 1-3-4-3 beep code, the screen stays black. but when i hold in the power button to turn it off, right befor it turns off the screen gives off a white flash.
could it be loose screen connector?

greetings and thank you for your response; yeah i did read that somewhere, and i forgot to say that i did replace the memory before reading about it~with the same result. So now... i believe the 'built in memory is built in the mother board it self (?) if so~is there any way that i can test it, or is it time for a new mother board? thanks again.
