what does it ean if my little acer computer battery wont go past 18% even when its on the charger but the battery will go down why wont it go past 18% can someone answer this qhestion for me plse & thanz

I Assume when you charge it, you wont up "Up" past 18%... It is not issue as I assume you can see it go down from 18%.... Just leave it alone because if you see it go "Under" 18% than charge it... BTW, Dont charge it too much unless charge it 24/7 so Battery dont degrade battery life...

Could be that battery is failing. I had a similar problem with a Dell, battery would not charge to 100%, battery failed entirely shortly after this fault appeared. new battery resolved issue!
