What does my warranty mean? Need help Fast!!!

I want to sell my 1 year old dell laptop, and I wanted to know what my warranty meant. On the Dell support website, it says that my laptop has a next day parts delivery until march 2015. I bought it from futureshop, and I remember that they told me that I had warranty from futureshop until december 5th 2014. What is this next day parts delivery and how would I use it?
I believe that Bestbuy owns Futureshop if that changes anything.
This is a repost, but I don't know how to delete the other one.

Ok, I will do that in the future.
I contacted the dell support, and after a long confusing chat, I found that I still have warranty for some reason (but the laptop's not registered under me for some reason)
